Continue using main coloured yarn.

Still using K (6.5 mm) hook: Ch 1, hdc in the first skipped st, sl st to top of next hdc, hdc in next skipped st.

(Hdc in next skipped st, sl st to top of next hdc, hdc in next skipped st) repeat around.

Sl st to top of first hdc.

48 (51, 54, 57, 60, 63, 66, 69) sts
